Good November through April 

With a 4 night stay, the 4th night is FREE. 

With a 7 night stay, the 6th and 7th nights are FREE.

With a two week stay, 5 nights are FREE.

If the month is open and available, pay for 14 nights and get the remainder 16 nights of the month FREE. (No tax is charged on monthly rate.)

For those who are not big on breakfast, or would rather bring your own food, or walk to a near by restaurant, (there are 7 great restaurants all within 2 to 6 blocks of us, an easy walk), or if you just want private time to yourselves, we have created this more simple & private package. This package does not include a breakfast, or the daily refreshing (housekeeping), but all other amenities are included, and ALL else is the same.  As this package is less effort for us, we pass along this discounted price to you. As always, we are just a phone call away for any needs you might have.

(Our suites have a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and small fridge, plus all the extras you might need... See other amenities below .)

~~Designed with a flare of antiques and elegance, we offer you all the comforts of home. The warmth and charm of a gas fireplace. Soft robes and blankets to wrap up in while sitting and gazing out across the majestic ocean ~~We have Wi-Fi for your convenience. Other amenities include a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, two separate sinks, hair dryer, Dish TV, FOX News, and a DVD player with many movies to choose from. We provide binoculars too for watching the whales.

Whatever package you choose, relax on your own private deck or patio, in your Adirondack chairs while enjoying the warmth of your outdoor wood fireplace. We supply your wood, and even the makings for smores. You may want to bring dinner to your deck or suite to dine at the ocean. We supply plates, silverware, wine glasses etc. (A gas grill is available upon request.)

Our prices include one to two guests. For an additional, (third), person there is an extra charge of $25. per night for the Privacy Package, & $50. per night for the Breakfast Package.   

Lodging tax rate is 13.5%.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate children or pets. (If you have a service dog, before arrival you will need to provide the official US Registry number, your ESA certificate, and your dog must wear the official dog vest at all times while here.

This is a NON smoking establishment. (This includes, NO marijuana or vaping!) Smoking in the suites will incur a cleaning fee of $200.00 or more. 

PLEASE NOTE: Our ceilings are 6'8". 

Cancellation Policy

A reservation can be canceled with more than 30 days notice and you will receive a full refund, minus a $25. cancellation fee. Cancellations, or shortened stays with less than a 30 day notice will be charged if we are not able to re-book the suite. A reservation of 5 or more nights, or for holidays or special occasions requires a 40 day cancellation notice.
